  • I haven’t taken any vitamins, haven’t worn a mask, and haven’t changed my eating and I don’t have it. It’s hilarious reading all the comments about what they have done as if that is what has prevented you from getting it. I poop 3 times a day and haven’t got it yet! That’s the secret! Then if you eat your poop you’re immune forever! Fucking idiots

  • I was thinking about taking DHEA, and I found this recent article, pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33263566/ , that states DHEA may exacerbate Covid-19. I'm not saying Dr. Gordon is wrong or right. I just wanted to give people a chance to see the article for themselves before they start taking a supplement without looking into it.

  • I’ve been taking 2000 IU of D3 daily for 3 months after hearing that nearly half adults are deficient. Just got my serum levels checked and it was only 28 ng/ml. This goes to show how foolishly low the 400 IU currently recommended daily by the NIH really is.

  • Eat unrefined coconut oil, organic elderberry, and zinc when sick and cut back on sugars, fats, and heavy proteins like beef. Coconut oil helped me get rid of a very bad case of acute mono. I’ve not been even mildly sick since I started using it. Elderberry is my back up.

  • You never take Vit D with calcium rich foods or products cuz calcium blocks the absorption of Vit D. So, take Vit D 2-3 hours after taking your calcium rich foods/supplements. Also, take Vit D with a a fatty food so it’s absorbed even better (salmon, mackerel, cod, tuna, eggs, olive oil, etc).

  • I take 50mg zinc, 200mcg selenium, 2mg copper and a one a day multivitamin, once a day. I take this combo to increase my thyroid function over a period of 2-3 months, you can burn up to an extra 400-900calories doing nothing because these supplements will increase metabolic hormones in the thyroid gland. It basically increases ur metabolism after 2 months and it keeps getting better. Best for weight loss, and anyone who wants to increase their RMR (Resting metabolic rate).

    • If you are deficient in D, you may need that much. I’m deficient, I’ve been prescribed a weekly 50,000 IU vitamin D for years. And I supplement that with a lower IU every other day. Which is exactly what he said he does. I’ve been a long hauler for over a year, and I can tell you for certain that once I started supplementing with D on a daily basis, I’ve been feeling a bit better.

      Erin DowneyErin Downey2 kun oldin
  • Real breakdown of what is mentioned: Quercertin (flavonoids, curcummin does the same thing) (quercertin is just to make sure Zinc gets into the cell, both are necessary). Zinc I prefer Zinc Picolinate thought this was not mentioned, data is there that is the best form of Zinc. Vitamin D, you a need to supplement with vitamin D3. Is probably the biggest thing you can do for yourself along with Zinc. Ideally, check you levels with a blood work. Most people need around 10,000 ui to get into normal levels nowadays (we all live inside and take less sun). Also, when taking it, you must have fat in your stomach you take it after food or with food preferably and liquid is a lot more effective (specially is based on oil/fat. DHA (in Omega 3). Good to bring sugar to your muscles and also good for the brain. Thanks,

  • I’ve been taking quercetin, Vit d, c and zinc since March and worked around positive patients and so far so good. Of course anytime I’ve tried to let people know I’m called crazy and a science denier because seems people want to believe there is nothing and no help for early covid disease, though I found this regime through looking through mechanisms of actions for use for protective measures against viruses.
